You enjoy working in sales with new technologies and you want to significantly shape and develop Azury’s order book as a telephone sales representative? You are familiar with working in „outbound sales“ and you are not afraid to make outbound calls to existing and potential customers on your own responsibility? Do you enjoy making appointments for the sales team and preparing contracts? Do complex communication and challenging customers spur you on instead of making you lose your cool? Then you’ve come to the right place! To support our sales team we are looking for a telephone acquisition agent (m/f/d).
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
• You will discuss regularly with the sales team, if necessary, several times a week, what you are currently working on and what is coming up next
• Coordinating and arranging appointments and passing them on to the sales team
• You work independently and structured on the acquisition of appointments and orders by telephone
• You develop new acquisition strategies and argumentation strands for real estate acquisition
• You keep yourself informed about the latest trends in the industry with the aim of communicating/selling our range of services in the best way possible
• Together with the sales team, you make decisions on which sources to use for real estate acquisition

• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in telephone acquisition and know what you are capable of and what you want to do.
• Very good knowledge of market research, related to the real estate sector in different locations (focus: Munich and Berlin)
• Strong rhetorical and communicative skills, no fear of contact with potential customers in cold calls
• Persuasiveness, tenacity and high frustration tolerance
• Very good language skills in German and English
